We thoughtfully create this personalized box for you with a perfect mix of  dry aged ground beef, premium steaks and roasts. How much exactly will depend on the size of the different cuts we add, but each small box has a 10% discount on our retail price.

FAQ’s

When do I get my meat?

Local:

Local pick up can be coordinated any Thursday between 5-7 or Saturday between 10-noon in our farm store. Please coordinate for your pick up day so we can make sure to have your order ready. For rush orders, write us a message and we can usually accomodate you.

NYC:

We provide FREE NYC home delivery several times each season. Please contact us for the next drop off date.

Why should I buy in bulk?

Buying in bulk means you are assured to have access to our beef that sells out faster than we can raise it. It is cheaper than buying every individual cut, it gives you free NYC delivery (we won't be at the markets anymore) and it comes with an invitation for a free private tour that connects you real close to where your food comes from. Plus it is a wonderful, wonderful system for your farmers and helps deal with a lot of the challenges farmers are facing these days.

Where else can I buy your meats?

Our farm store is open every Thursday between 5-7pm and Saturday between 10am-noon. Our offerings there are limited, buying in boxes assures you of all the favorite cuts.

How do I cook the cuts I’m not familiar with?

We include several of our family’s favorite recipes, and are always happy to talk you through cooking every single cut.

I only have a small freezer!

This small box will fit just fine in an average small freezer.
