Description
We’ve kept bees in cities and rural areas, in Africa and the US, on farms and urban rooftops, but nowhere have we loved our honey as much as in this diverse ecosystem of wild flower pastures, woods and wetlands.
Our wild meadow honey tastes like all that blooms in these lush diversified pastures and wetlands full of wildflowers, berry bushes and fruit trees.
We only harvest a very limited amount of honey each year to leave plenty for our bees to overwinter. Our honey is hand harvested, hand spun and hand jarred.
Try a spoonful and taste the clovers and wetland willow flowers, beebalm and blackberry, milkweed and maple.
The label has been designed by a local artist.
The jars can be purchased online, and picked up in our farm store in Falls Village.
