When do I get my meat?

Local pick up can be coordinated any time. For NYC home delivery we will coordinate a few days this winter and make sure there is a time that works for you.

Why should I buy in bulk?

Buying in bulk means you are assured to have access to our meat that every year sells out within a few months. It is cheaper than buying every individual cut, it gives you free NYC delivery (we won’t be at the markets anymore) and it gives you access to a farm community that connects you real close to where your food comes from. Plus it is a wonderful, wonderful system for your farmers and helps deal with a lot of the problems farmers are facing these days.

How do I cook the cuts I’m not familiar with?

We include our family’s recipe for every single cut!

I only have a small freezer!

This mini box is about 8.5 lbs worth of meat, and easily fits in a small freezer.
