Nourish retreat is created with the desire to share the part of our regenerative farm life that is delicious, grounding and nourishing in every sense of the word.
We’ll dig deep into what it means to you to feel replenished and connected, while roaming the pastures, learning new skills in the farmhouse kitchen, eating nutrient-dense meals around the fire and spending meaningful time in community with other women.
This weekend will be a thoughtful blend of hands-on homestead kitchen skill learning, immersive sustainable farm living and a delicious, restorative retreat experience.

Is NOURISH for you?
You don’t always feel as fully nourished as you’d like to be and you’re ready for a change.
You long to be in community with likeminded women, who also seek deeper nourishment with joy.
You love to discover simple, small changes in your diet and habits that impact how you feel.
You learn best through hands-on learning and experiencing, without the overwhelm of weeding through the information out there.
You can’t wait to spend a weekend eating the most delicious, nutrient-dense foods grown on the farm.
You desire to connect to the land, the food it grows and other women while disconnecting from your phone.
Lodging
We want your nights to feel as good for your body and mind as the day times and feeling deeply connected to land and place is part of that.
At night you’ll hear the frogs in the wetlands, the beavers slap their tails on the water and the owls call to each other. You’ll be as close to the land as possible while still sleeping in a comfortable bed in the most beautiful spots of the farm.
You will be staying in a large glamping tent and share the space plus bathroom and comfortable outhouse with 2 other women. The most beautiful moments are shared around these tents, while welcoming their beauty and simpleness, and we highly recommend taking the leap and embracing the adventure.
There are a couple of discounted spots available for women that choose to organize their own lodging or drive home at night.

Meals
While we will be spending plenty of time in the kitchen, nourishing ourselves is done in more ways than only through foods, and we’ll be out on the farm or in the fields a good part of the days.
Meanwhile, farm-to-table chef, baker and vegetable farmer Tracy Hayhurst will prepare our nourishing meals with simple ingredients from the farm, integrating some of the foods we prepare during the kitchen sessions. We want you to leave feeling inspired, full of energy and confident to implement some of these foods in your own home.
Price
Nourish is created with the goal to help you to thrive by learning and experiencing homestead skills that have disappeared from most kitchens, and by creating rhythms around what nourishes you.
Nourish is an investment in reclaiming the skills and knowledge that nurture you and allow you to thrive.
The cost of the full retreat is $1700. Sign up before June 7th for the Early Bird price of $1500. Participants who rather sleep at home get an additional discount of $250.

- All activities
- A post-retreat integration zoom with the group to check in and ask questions that came up at home.
In other words: everything.

FAQ’S
I am a vegetarian, is Nourish for me?
Nourish takes place on a working livestock farm, and we’ll spend some time with the animals. Amongst many other things, we’ll make a few meat based foods. Meals can still very much be enjoyed without the meat. Reach out if you’d like to talk through how this would make you feel.
Can I sign up with my mom/friend/colleague?
Nourish is created to be a connective experience where you can feel in community and hopefully make long lasting connections. You may come by yourself or sign up with someone you know.
What is your cancellation policy?
Find our cancellation policy here.

Are you in?
Nourish is limited to only 6 women. Sign ups are open now, and we recommend signing up as soon as possible (last NOURISH sold out weeks in advance!).
Sign ups close on June 15st unless all spots are filled sooner.
